Description
Casa, a retail company, will acquire 110 Xenos stores from Blokker Holding and at least 180 employees will lose their jobs in the resulting restructuring process. Casa will rebrand the 110 Xenos stores according to their own formula. The 1,900 employees of the transferred Xenos stores will join the Casa formula. It is yet unclear when the restructuring will start, but it is expected to be completed before the summer of 2019. The remaining 60 Xenos stores in the Netherlands will continue to be run by Blokker Holding, where a total of 850 employees will continue to work.
