Norwegian seafood company Marine Harvest has announced that it will create 100 new jobs at its business services centre in Gdańsk. The company has just moved into a new office with an area of 2,200m2. The international operations centre provides services to the group in the area of IT, finance, accounting and sale.
Marine Harvest ASA, founded in 1965, is one of the world’s largest producer of farmed salmon. Marine Harvest ASA has been operating in Poland since 2013; currently, the company has 3 production facilities (in Duninowo, Strzelin and Lębork) and employs over 4,000 people across the country.
In 2017, the group announced the creation of 100 jobs in the same centre, in Gdańsk.
