Description
As announced on 22 October 2017, German national railway company Deutsche Bahn (DB) plans to create 1,000 new jobs in an application marathon between 5 November 2017 and 12 November 2017. The application process will be happening simultaneously in seven major cities (Hamburg, Munich, Nuremberg, Cologne, Berlin, Mannheim and Frankfurt am Main). Applicants can apply online for one of approximately 3,000 personal interviews. Suitable applicants will be offered a contract right after their interview.
DB is looking for train drivers, dispatchers, conductors, on-board caterers, electricians and mechatronics engineers.
In January 2017 DB has already announced to create 700 new jobs for IT experts.
