European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Erzsébet Üzemeltető - a state-owned hotel enterprise - part of the state-run vacation program, the Erzsébet-program - is planning to close down its four hotels located in Balatonvilágos, Balatonfűzfő, Siófok, Nyíregyháza, and all of its 213 employees will be dismissed. According to the press reports, the closure is the result of a recent law amendment which implies that all of the company's properties will return to the state-owned property management firm, Magyar Nemzeti Vagyonkezelő.
