Description
French call centre company Armatis has announced the creation of 110 jobs at its site in Caen (Calvados) by September 2015. The management intends to recruit additional call centre agents after winning new contracts with energy providers and a telecommunication operator. The recruitment started in July and will end by September.
The site is specialised in the provision of call centre and customer services and currently employs 750 people. In 2014, Armatis announced plans to create 100 new jobs at the same site and also in 2012.
