European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Commercial court of Paris approved the takeover of automotive supplier Altia La Souterraine by the Italian group GM&S Industry that will keep 280 employees. The new owner has decided a voluntary departure plan to cut about 41 positions. One employee will be transferred to another unit. Altia was placed in receivership since several months.
