Description
As announced on 11 September 2013, Autokühler, a subsidiary of automotive supplier AKG, will cut 80 to 100 jobs in Hofgeismar (Hesse). This is due to decreasing sales.
In total, Autokühler employs 683 people in Hofgeismar. Another 16 jobs will be cut at the AKG site in Uslar (Lower Saxony), where 82 people are employed. AKG employs a total of 1,000 people in Hofgeismar.
