European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
FRAM, a travel agency, has announced to its works council to cut 70 positions out of a total workforce of 600 employees.
FRAM tries to make face to losses in 2010 and 2011 and an increasing competition of online providers. It is also hit by the "Arabic spring" as North Africa is one of its main market FRAM services (Tunisia, Marocco, Egypt).
