European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Slovglass Company, which produces domestic glass in Poltar, announced mass dismissal of 390 employees. Dismissals are attributed to the bankruptcy announced by company management and concern all blue collar workers working there. Slovglass was longer time insolvent, and the gas contractor company stopped deliveries to the company.
