European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
German company Mayser, which produces hot-pressed hats, decided to move its entire production from Germany to Slovakia creating 150 new jobs in Roznava. The company produces hot pressed-hats in small series; the company management stated it is considering also the option to move its sales department to Slovakia.
