Restructuring events
European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 10 February 2011, the European IT consultancy group, Vision IT Group, announced its intention to recruit 140 new employees in France and 400 in total in Europe in order to meet increasing demand. The group currently has a workforce of 1,150 employees plus 300 subcontractors in Europe.
