European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Thr Topvar beer brewery in Topoľčany will be closed and all 177 employees will be dismissed by the end of February 2010. SAB Miller Corporation, the owner of the company, will continue to produce the popular Topvar beer in its brewery in Veľký Šariš.
