European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Tubos Reunidos (TR), the largest manufacturer of seamless pipes in Spain, will dismiss 134 employees in its subsidiary Almesa, which specializes in the distribution of metallurgical products. The plan is to close elevel Almesa warehouses, a third of the distribution centres on the Iberian Peninsula and the Canary Islands.
