European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Rileys, a snooker clubs company, is to close 30 of its 159 sites across the UK with the loss of 200 jobs. The cuts are blamed on a downturn in trade and large debts. As of 25 March 2009 no date has been announced for the implementation of the job losses.
