Description

LSUK Lucas, a company that supplies car parts and automotive services, has gone into administration and made 550 of its 600 employees redundant. The company had 53 branches across the UK, and also a head office in Sheffield, and only a skeleton staff of 50 currently remains. In addition to its branch network, LSUK Lucas also owns subsidiary companies M I Diesel Products, Protech Automotive (UK) and Yeovil Rewind. LSUK Lucas had been purchased by Euro Car Parts (ECP) from holding company Pinco 1555 Ltd less than one week previously.
