European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 9 May the real estate company Habitat announced a restructuring which will affect a total of 160 employees, 50% of its workforce. The company, 20% of which is owned by Ferrovial, has experienced losses foreseen to last until 2010.
