Description
Yura Corporation Slovakia, formerly known as Sewon ECS Slovakia, has announced that it is to create 900 new jobs by expanding the production capacity of its plant in Rimavská Sobota. The plant will supply the new Hyundai car factory nearby Ostrava in the Czech Republic. The company produces car wire harnesses for Kia Motors Slovakia in Žilina and currently employs 800. As of March 2008, there is no information on when employment at the site will commence and when the new jobs will be created by.
According to present information, the employment effect timeline is planned in the course of 2009, and the number of new jobs is corrected to around 700. "Kórejčania rozšíria výrobu v Rimavskej Sobote".
