Description
Odevné závody kapitána Nálepku (OZKN), a Slovak textile firm that produces apparel for men and is based in Prešov, has been declared bankrupt and will subsequently dismiss its 440 employees. The firm attributes the bankruptcy to its high operational costs and the fact that its main customer, Spanish textile company Induyco, have decided to end their contract with OZKN in favour of a new contact with a Chinese firm. The Prešov site is due to close by the end of 2007.
