Description
JMT, a Korean firm that produces electronic equipment, is to create 400 new jobs in Hlohovec with the development of a new site. The new plant will produce circuit boards for LCD TVs, and employment is due to commence in the plant in March 2008. JMT’s decision to invest in Hlohovec follows multi-national firm Samsung’s decision to construct a site in nearby Voderady. The circuit boards produced by JMT at Hlohovec will be used in the assembly of the televisions produced by Samsung at Voderady.
