Description
Rationalisation and restructuring is going on in Duslo Company, which is one of the biggest Slovak chemical firms. According to Duslo PR manager, Daniel Šabík, company management considers the increase of the labour productivity is inevitable for company's competitiveness and, therefore it decided to reduce the staff in some organisational units of the company. In total 230 employees will be dismissed from the company till the end of 2007. Dismissals will start in early June 2007.
