European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Slovak betting company Formula-tip ran into troubles in the last month. Police accused several managers of the company of cheating in mid April 2007. Consequently, the Directorate of Slovak Tax Office proposed to revoke the licence of the company for gambling. Formula-tip offices are still operating the CEO of the company proposed mass dismissal for 644 employees. Start and timeline of dismissals are not known yet.
