European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Slovakian company Stolárska výroba – Ján Jackuliak will establish its new production plant in Lučenec. Different sorts of furniture will be produced there. Since the unemployment rate in South Slovakia is still very high, any new investment creating jobs is welcomed in this region. Around 160 new jobs will be created in the production plant until the end of 2007. Part of the production will be supplied to IKEA multinational chain and also to some customers in Denmark.
