Description
Sewon ECS, the South Korean company, will expand its business in Slovakia. Sewon ECS belongs to one of the biggest producers of bunched cables for motor vehicles. The company, which has already one subsidiary in Slovakia in Lednické Rovné where it employs around 800 workers, will establish a new production plant in Hnúšťa (previously Rimavská Sobota was announced as the site of the new investment). According to the representatives of Sewon ESC, the production in the new plant will be launched till the end of 2006. The number of employees working in the plant is not yet specified, however the creation of around 300 new jobs is assumed there.
