Description
Czech Unipap Company established its daughter company in Slovakia. The company will produce different wrappage and packaging to respond to increasing demand for their use in the region. According to Unipap sales director Mr Pavel Rozman, in total 100 new jobs will be created there till the end of 2007. Company management decided to invest in Slovakia where foreign investors established several new business units, operating in automotive industry as well as in other sectors. Unipap management considers Slovakia as an interesting market for their business. However, it also plans to utilize the new investment as a base for the company's operation in Hungary and other Central and Eastern European countries.
