European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The German company Handtmann will establish its first subsidiary in Slovakia. Handtmann has two plants in Europe with an annual sales value of more than €220 million. These plants are located in the cities of Biberach and Annaberg where around 1,000 employees are employed. Companies in the automotive industry will be the main customers of the new plant’s production.
