European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Italian company Bonfiglioli is the new foreign investor deciding to run its business in Považská Bystrica, the North-Slovakian city where a well-developed machinery company, Povážské strojárne, has operated. Bonfiglioli is the third biggest European producer of reducers, transmission and gear devices. Bonfiglioli management also decided to provide necessary services for its products in its new subsidiary.
