European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
After Petrochema Dubová Company, one of the major chemical company in Slovakia went through a radical restructuring causing reductions in production and staff , Czech Annectis Company bought Petrochema in April 2005. The company currently produces different types of gearbox and motor oils. Around 80% of the previously dismissed staff returned back to the company.
