European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
A new business centre will provide administrative and financial services for Kraft Foods' subsidiaries in 14 European countries. The centre will start operating in June 2005 and when fully up and running will employ around 200 people.
The company has already started hiring expert finance and accounting staff.
