Description
Esso Saf, the French subsidiary of the first world oil-company Exxon Mobil announced on December 2004, the sale of its sub-company, Esso Rep, specialized in the extraction and production of crude petroleum. The reason is the fall of the production, insufficient in comparison to other Esso activities in France. The CGT denounced on 27 February 2005 the suppression of 198 jobs.
