Description
Shell has announced plans to hire an extra 1000 engineers in its exploration and production arm. This follows a number of downward reclassifications of its reserves in the recent past. By expanding its exploration team Shell hopes to close the gap on rivals such as BP by finding new oil and gas reserves.
