European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Spanish company decided to invest almost 20 million Euro in Slovakia. New plant in city of Nová Baňa will produce special aluminium profiles for construction elements like doors, windows and façades. In the first two years of operation the company intends to export the production to Belgium, Germany, Great Britain and the Netherlands. Later, the company plans to build distribution centres in Bratislava, Budapest and Prague.
