Description

The German Leoni opened a new production unit in Ilava in May 2004. From September 2004 the unit will produce 860 cable packages per day for the BMW car producer. Leoni operates in Slovakia since 1992 and employs about 3,500 people in three subsidiaries in Trenčín, Trenčianska Teplá and Stará Turá. Almost all production is exported.
