European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Sourisseau, subsidiary of Jefka, announced the closure of the Baudin-Dixneuf unit at Cholet and the suppression of 99 jobs. Production activities will be transfered at the Boussay unit (Loire-Atlantique).
The measure is caused by the orders reduction of 25% on a year period.
