The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Eudora had to declare insolvency, 166 employees are involved. Only parts of the enterprise can be possibly saved through finding a buyer.
On 19 March 2003 : Eudora could be bought by Kenwood-Schumpf AG and 70 on the 166 jobs could be saved. Waiting for final decision.
