European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Restructuring plan aims to save the mother house in the Netherlands. 32 stores of the chain were yielded to the group Colruyt. 20 other points of sale were yielded to the group Carrefour. The denomination of the company is changed into Spar Belgium SA.
