European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Comprom Plus announced a collective redundancy procedure affecting 126 employees in Varaždin County, Croatia, in October 2026.
The restructuring involves closing a production department manufacturing clothing from surplus materials. Declining orders, reduced material availability and difficulties sourcing replacements prompted the decision.
The company expects orders to cease by the end of 2026. However, the exact redundancy implementation dates remain unknown.
The restructuring is being implemented in consultation with the works council. Affected employees are entitled to severance payments and statutory notice periods.
Comprom Plus operates in the textile industry and belongs to the Oniverse Group, formerly the Calzedonia Group.
