Itility, a Dutch IT consulting and technology engineering firm, announced the creation of 100 new jobs at its first Romanian office in Iasi (Iasi County). The new team will be based at Palas Campus in Iasi, with operations expected to commence soon and reach full capacity by the end of 2026.
The expansion reflects Itility’s strategy to strengthen its near-shoring presence and deliver digital transformation services to global clients. By tapping into Romania’s skilled tech talent pool, the company aims to provide cost-effective delivery and accelerate AI-enabled solutions.
All of the planned positions—software engineering, cloud, DevOps, and .NET development—will be located in Iasi. The office will serve as a hub for international teams collaborating on projects across industries.
