European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Quantum Real, a Polish logistics and industrial property developer, has started construction of a warehouse in Gliwice, which is expected to create around 200 jobs. The 43,000 m² facility is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2027.
The energy-efficient warehouse will feature extensive cold storage and dry logistics areas designed to support food distribution from Mediterranean suppliers. New jobs will be created in logistics and production.
All of them will be based in Gliwice, and the local authorities have welcomed the new development for the city.
