European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
UFI Hydrogen, an Italian hydrogen technology company belonging to the UFI Filters Group, announced the creation of around 100 jobs at its new industrial and technological hub in Serravalle di Ala, Trento, dedicated to the research, prototyping and manufacturing of Membrane Electrode Assemblies (MEAs), a key component for electrolysers and fuel cells.
The expansion is part of a €50 million investment plan running until 2029 and aims to support the development of hydrogen technologies for hard-to-abate industries, heavy transport, data centres, robotics, drones and other energy-intensive sectors.
