European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
David Lloyd Milano Arese, an Italian sports and leisure club under the David Lloyd Group, announced a new facility in Arese, north-west Milan. The project will create approximately 100 new jobs across fitness, wellness, hospitality and food services.The expansion is part of the group's strategy to strengthen its presence in Italy following the recent acquisition of Aspria clubs. It brings together training areas, swimming pools, tennis and padel courts with premium spa and business lounges in a single complex. Job creation will occur before the club’s opening in December 2026, when the new premises are scheduled to welcome members. The plan focuses on attracting skilled staff for the various activities within the Arese location.
