Description

LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services (LOTAMS), a Polish aviation maintenance and repair company, opened its new RZE2 maintenance base at Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport in September 2026 following a three-year investment project. The expansion is expected to create around 250 highly skilled positions, mainly for aircraft maintenance personnel and technical support staff in the Podkarpackie region. The recruitment process is ongoing.

The investment was undertaken to increase maintenance capacity and to support anticipated growth in airline fleets.

The new jobs at the Rzeszów-Jasionka facility include aircraft mechanics, engineers, inspectors and other technical specialists. Recruitment began before the base opened and continues as operations expand. Additional indirect employment may arise among regional suppliers and service providers linked to the aviation sector.

LOTAMS employs nearly 2,000 people and provides aircraft maintenance services for commercial and military operators. The company continues to operate its existing facilities, including its Warsaw sites and the earlier RZE1 operation at Rzeszów-Jasionka.
