European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Figeac Aero, a French aircraft manufacturer, has announced the creation of 91 new permanent roles at its production plant in Figeac between April and August. The expansion will involve hiring staff for production, storage and future factory sites in the Lot department. This surge in hiring is driven by robust order books and the installation of 18 additional machines, which are due to be deployed over the next eighteen months.
Training partnerships with the employer organisation UIMM aim to upskill recruits for advanced numerical control operation roles.
Figeac Aero currently employs 909 people.
