European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Glow25, a Berlin-based start-up specialising in nutritional supplements and cosmetics, announced plans to reduce its workforce by approximately 120 employees. No completion date for the restructuring has been announced.
The job cuts are being driven by AI-enabled automation of business processes. The restructuring aims to increase productivity through software automation and the use of artificial intelligence to make workflows more efficient.
Glow25 employs around 240 people in Berlin. The workforce doubled from 130 to 240 employees over the past two years.
