Description

Fagor Ederlan, a Spanish automotive-components manufacturer, has announced the creation of 170 new direct jobs at its newly opened plant in Borja.

The company will produce chassis and metal structural components for electric vehicles, specifically the Leapmotor B10 model that will be assembled at Stellantis’s Figueruelas facility. The expansion follows a joint venture with Leapmotor International and is driven by the growing demand for EV parts and the integration of advanced Chinese technology.

The project aims to strengthen Fagor Ederlan's position in the European market and enhance its global competitiveness. Operations are scheduled to commence in September 2026.
