Description

Campari, an Italian spirits conglomerate, has announced the creation of approximately 100 new positions in 2026. The hires span production, supply chain, finance, data & digital, marketing and hospitality functions across multiple sites in Italy (including Brescia, Milan, Sesto San Giovanni and Novi Ligure) as well as additional openings overseas.

Recruitment is set to commence at the beginning of 2026, with a full roll-out anticipated by year-end.

The expansion reflects Campari’s strategy to strengthen its global footprint and invest in advanced digital capabilities, notably artificial intelligence, as part of its broader growth plan.

The group employs roughly 4,800 staff worldwide, underscoring the significance of these additions within its overall workforce.
