European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
NV ADRIA COMPLEX, the Croatian operator of Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Kvarner Bay, has created around 200 jobs following the opening of the resort in Novi Vinodolski in July 2026. Many positions are permanent. The new jobs support hotel and associated hospitality operations.
The job creation follows an investment of more than EUR 250 million in the redevelopment of the former Novi resort into a year-round tourism complex. The resort operates under the Mövenpick brand. The project is backed by Slovenian investment firm ECM Partners.
