Description

Schüttflix, a German construction logistics company headquartered in Gütersloh, has announced plans to reduce its workforce by 65 employees by the end of 2026.

The job cuts will primarily affect administrative and management positions, while the operational logistics division will remain unaffected. The restructuring is intended to streamline operations in response to challenging conditions in the construction sector and rising costs. Management stated that the measure will allow the company to focus more closely on its core business activities. The plan forms part of an internal restructuring effort driven by market pressures.

The affected employees will be made redundant.

With around 360 employees currently on its payroll, the planned reduction of 65 positions corresponds to approximately 18% of the workforce.
