European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Evromaster Import Export, a Bulgarian logistics and import-export firm, has opened a new logistics centre in the Industrial Zone – Kostinbrod. The 42 410-m² hub is expected to create approximatively 100 new jobs, mainly in warehousing, administration, showroom operations and training. The construction began in 2024 and the site became operational at the beginning of June 2026.
The expansion reflects the company’s strategy to strengthen its distribution network and meet rising demand for modern logistics services. The centre incorporates a warehouse, offices, a showroom, service area and an academy for partner and client training on advanced tools from brands such as Raider, Topmaster and Metabo.
All newly created positions will be based at the Kostinbrod site.
