European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Lutech, an Italian company operating in the digital and artificial intelligence sector, announced the creation of approximately 100 new jobs by the end of 2026 within its Public Sector AI Transformation Hub in Naples (Campania, Italy), mainly involving highly skilled IT and research professionals. The expansion forms part of a broader growth strategy driven by digitalisation and AI innovation in the public administration, with the Naples site growing from 40 employees in 2019 to around 700 on 2026, including 250 specialists dedicated to AI projects such as Matrix and Icarus, developed in collaboration with local universities.
