Description

Paulig Eesti, an Estonian food ingredient manufacturer, announced the hiring of around 100 new employees at its Saue production plant.

The company is expanding its flavoring production from Sweden to Estonia, aiming to make the Saue facility the largest flavor processing and packaging plant in Northern Europe, with 90% of its output destined for export across Europe. Recruitment began with an open-door day organised with the Unemployment Insurance Fund on 17 June 2026, and the company expects most new hires to be on board by summer 2027. The expansion is driven by growth in demand for flavorings and the opportunity to support workers affected by layoffs elsewhere.
